Crispy Duck
Ingredients
Whole duck
Seasonings to Taste
Salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 275°
Salt the entire duck and let sit in room temperature for 30 minutes.
Roast for 2-3 hours.
Let cool and slice.
In a frying pan, add some of the rendered duck fat from the roasted duck.
On medium heat, sear the duck slices.
