Crispy Duck

Ingredients

  • Whole duck

Seasonings to Taste

  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 275°

  2. Salt the entire duck and let sit in room temperature for 30 minutes.

  3. Roast for 2-3 hours.

  4. Let cool and slice.

  5. In a frying pan, add some of the rendered duck fat from the roasted duck.

  6. On medium heat, sear the duck slices.
