Crispy Duck
Ingredients
- Whole duck 
Seasonings to Taste
- Salt 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 275° 
- Salt the entire duck and let sit in room temperature for 30 minutes. 
- Roast for 2-3 hours. 
- Let cool and slice. 
- In a frying pan, add some of the rendered duck fat from the roasted duck. 
- On medium heat, sear the duck slices.
