Baked Porgy

Ingredients

What you need:

  • Whole Porgy Fish

  • Olive Oil

  • Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mustard Powder, Black pepper, Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Clean, scale, and gut the fish. Be sure to scare the head too. The cheeks have good meat.

  2. In a bowl mix all the seasonings with olive oil until smooth.

  3. Massage the seasoning mix on the fish and in the cavity.

  4. Add peppers and onions.

  5. Bake the fish at 400° for about 20-30 minutes.

  6. Serve whole with rice and more veggies.
