Sydney’s Omelette

Ingredients

What you need:

  • 2 eggs

  • Boursin Cheese

  • Utz Ruffle Sour Cream & Onion Chips

  • Chives

  • Butter

  • Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.

  2. Add butter to a hot non-stick pan.

  3. Add the eggs to the pan and gently scramble just a little. You should still see the eggs set.

  4. In the middle of the omelette, add Boursin cheese.

  5. Gently fold the omelette on both sides.

  6. Plate and top with black pepper, chives & crushed Utz Sour Cream chips.
