Fall Pear Oatmeal

Ingredients

What you need:

  • 1 Cup of Steel Cut Oats

  • 1/4th Cup Brown Sugar

  • 4-5 Cups of Milk

  • 1/4th Cup of Craisins

  • 2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

  • 1/4th Cup of Craisins

  • Seasonings: 1 tsp of Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg

Velouté Sauce:

  • Butter (1 tablespoon)

  • Flour (1 tablespoon)

  • Warm broth (1 cup)

  • Salt, pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.

  2. In a Dutch oven or large deep baking dish, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  3. Bake and stir every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.
