Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Ground Turkey 
- Bell Pepper - Chopped 
- 1/2 Onion - Chopped 
- 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil 
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 
- 1 egg 
- Seasonings: A tsp of each. Smoked Paprika, Cayenne, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. 
- Carrots - Optional 
- Potatoes - Optional 
- Ketchup Sauce - 1 cup of ketchup & 1/4th cup of hot sauce 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350. 
- Add olive oil, chopped onion, and bell pepper to a pan. Season and sauté until translucent. 
- Let the veggies cool and add to the ground turkey. 
- Beat 1 egg and add to the ground turkey, along with Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. 
- Use your hands to mix thoroughly. 
- In an oiled baking dish, mold the meat into a loaf shape. 
- Chop carrots and potatoes into chunks and add them around the meatloaf. 
- Cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour. 
- For the ketchup sauce, whisk together ketchup and hot sauce. When the meatloaf has cooked for 40 minutes, spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Cook for 15 minutes. 
- Slice and serve.
