Shark Week Swordfish & Seaswept
Ingredients
- 2 Swordfish Steaks 
- 1 Tbsp of Butter 
- 1/4th Cup of Chicken Broth 
- 1/4th Cup of Josh Seaswept Wine 
- 1 Tbsp of Lemon juice 
- 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil 
- Seasonings: Sea Salt 
Instructions:
- In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 
- Sear 1 side of the swordfish steaks for 3-5 minutes. You should see the edges turn brown. 
- Flip the swordfish and turn down the heat. 
- Add butter, then white wine, lemon juice, and broth. 
- Remove the swordfish and let the sauce cook for 10 minutes. 
- Add the fish back. Cook for another 3-5 minutes. 
- Serve hot with your favorite side.
