Sage Your Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of Mushrooms

  • 6 stems/leaves Fresh Sage

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • Seasoning: 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Slice the mushrooms to a desired width.

  2. In a frying pan, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil and add sage leaves and stems.

  3. Add the mushrooms to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Depending on the size, the cook time could be 5-10 minutes.

  5. Repeat these instructions for zucchini.
