Baked Turkey Wings
Ingredients
- Turkey Wings 
- Chicken Broth 
- Olive Oil 
Chopped Veggies
- 2 Carrots 
- 2 Celery Stalks 
- 1 Bell Pepper 
- One Onion 
Seasonings
- Season Salt 
- Sea Salt 
- Onion Powder 
- Garlic Powder 
- Black Pepper 
Dutch Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 275°. 
- Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl. 
- Season the turkey wings well and set aside. 
- In the Dutch oven, add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the chopped veggies over medium heat. Season well. 
- Cook the veggies for about 15 minutes and remove them from the pan. 
- Add the turkey to the Dutch oven and sear both sides. Once all the wings are brown on both sides, remove them. 
- Add both the veggies and turkey wings to the Dutch oven and cover with 1 quart of broth. 
- Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 3-4 hours. 
- When the wings are done, the meat should be falling off the bone. Carefully remove all the wings 
- With an emulsifier, blend all the veggies with the stock until smooth. 
- Add the wings back to the broth and veggies blend. 
- Serve the wings over your favorite carb or grain.
