Ice Cream French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf of Sourdough Bread

  • 1.5 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Seasonings to Taste

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Slice the sourdough in 1/2 inch slices.

  2. Melt the vanilla ice cream.

  3. Whisk in 2 eggs and add cinnamon and nutmeg.

  4. Dip each slice into the ice cream batter and set aside.

  5. Add butter to a frying pan on medium heat.

  6. Cook each slice on both sides until the edges are brown.
