Ice Cream French Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf of Sourdough Bread 
- 1.5 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream 
- 2 Eggs 
- 2 tablespoons Butter 
Seasonings to Taste
- Cinnamon 
- Nutmeg 
Instructions:
- Slice the sourdough in 1/2 inch slices. 
- Melt the vanilla ice cream. 
- Whisk in 2 eggs and add cinnamon and nutmeg. 
- Dip each slice into the ice cream batter and set aside. 
- Add butter to a frying pan on medium heat. 
- Cook each slice on both sides until the edges are brown.
