Ice Cream French Toast
Ingredients
1/2 loaf of Sourdough Bread
1.5 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Butter
Seasonings to Taste
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Instructions:
Slice the sourdough in 1/2 inch slices.
Melt the vanilla ice cream.
Whisk in 2 eggs and add cinnamon and nutmeg.
Dip each slice into the ice cream batter and set aside.
Add butter to a frying pan on medium heat.
Cook each slice on both sides until the edges are brown.
